Reporting a bug
Three things make it much easier to reproduce: your device and browser, what you were doing, and what you expected versus what happened.
If a calculation looks wrong, include the odds and stake you entered. The records themselves live only in your browser, so the operator cannot look at them.
If your records disappeared
Unfortunately they cannot be recovered — the service keeps no copy on a server. The Privacy Policy explains why. For the future, use Settings → Export to back up now and then.
